Peter Lori appointed CFO of LEARFIELD


Veteran media executive takes office today

PLANO, Texas – Peter Lori has been named Chief Financial Officer of LEARFIELD, as announced by President and CEO Cole Gahagan.

Lori joins LEARFIELD after three decades of experience with progressive responsibilities in finance, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Univision Communications Inc. Her 17-year career there culminated in merging the media content and assets of production of Grupo Televisa and Univision. The merger was completed in early 2022, establishing the world’s leading Spanish-language media and content company, which unlocked tremendous value for both companies and enabled the creation of a global streaming business. Prior to Univision, Lori was a client service partner for KPMG and Arthur Andersen serving Fortune 500 global accounts.

Lori, who will report to Gahagan and join the LEARFIELD leadership team, will be relocating to the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area to reside at company headquarters in Plano.
