Karla Kirk Named Vice President of Growth and Revenue for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors

The Executive Director of the Advanced Practice Center is expanding her role to grow membership and non-dues revenue across the NAIFA business.

FALLS CHURCH, Va., April 5, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) is pleased to announce that Karla Kirk is NAIFA’s new Vice President of Growth and Revenue. In this role, she will be responsible for NAIFA’s business development, membership sales and Centers of Excellence operations and will report to the CEO. Kevin Mayeux, CAE. She will lead a business development and sales team focused on advancing NAIFA’s initiatives to grow non-dues related business and membership revenue.

For the past several years, Kirk has served as executive director of the Advanced Practice Center, a collaboration between NAIFA and the Society of Financial Service Professionals, which offers resources, events, and access to experts for finance professionals working on complex client planning needs. In this role, she became familiar with NAIFA members, volunteer leaders, corporate partners and sponsors.

As Vice President of Growth and Revenue, Kirk will facilitate revenue generation across all of NAIFA’s Centers of Excellence:

  • The Center for Limited and Extended Care Planning

  • The business performance center

  • The Talent Development Center

  • The Center for Advanced Practice (a collaboration with the Society of FSP)

  • The Employee & Executive Benefits Center (an upcoming collaboration that includes support from LIMRA)

She and her team will also focus on growing membership by working with companies to promote NAIFA to their agents and advisors and engaging companies with NAIFA’s 100% Agency and Financial Security Champions programs.

Kirk was most recently Vice President of Business Screening at Lion Street Financial, a network of more than 1,000 finance professionals representing nearly 200 member firms across the country. She led the business selection process in attracting finance professionals to join the Lion Street Network.
